Common Areas/Common Sense• 11:00pm is the desired quiet hour• Be aware that sound travels from the lanais and parking lots• Keep voices down in the halls - unit door are not sound proof• Outside water faucets and hoses are located on the bay side of both garages• Do not throw or brush water off lanais, it will land on your neighbors below• Avoid bringing clay from tennis courts, sand from beaches and water from the pool into the lobby/elevators• Regard neighbors as members of an extended family and treat them with respect. However, if talking with a neighbor has not resolved an issue you feel is in violation of our community’s serenity, as outlined in our documents, and the problem continues, you can contact a member of our board.
